I stayed here over Christmas and loved the convenient location! It's close to shops and dining, and just a short drive to the beautiful beaches. The pool area is a nice touch-perfect for those summer days. Plus, the staff were super friendly and cute, which made our holiday experience even better.
The room could’ve used some serious cleaning. I found mold on the bathroom door, and the sink wasn’t very clean. It was disappointing that the pool was out of order, and we had to go to another location to swim. it could use some updating for a more comfortable stay.

Loved my comfortable stay in Gosford-Value. Overall it was good-sized for kids to play safetly. The room had an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and climate control. Marvellous central location short walk to cafe's, shops, cafe's and food outlets, and shopping centre and RSL club. It also was really close to the Gosford Classsic Car museum...

The well-designed playroom for kids, illuminated by a charming window above the entrance, was a hit;
I did notice a slight inconsistency in the Wi-Fi connectivity in some areas of the hotel.

We recently stayed at the ashwood motel and had a mostly pleasant experience. the staff was friendly, especially a young man named connor who even applied a discount for us because of our veterans card. the room was comfortable, with a nice supply of kitchenware, and we enjoyed a great shower. there was also a lovely pool that we had to ourselves, making it a nice retreat after a long day.
Nothing, all great! 😊.

the rooms were clean and had a fresh touch to them, which I appreciated. I found the rates to be quite reasonable for what was offered. the staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the positive vibe of the motel. I liked that my family could join me to enjoy the pool and BBQ facilities, making it feel more like a home away from home.

We recently stayed for a work trip at this lovely motel and were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable our room was. The cleanliness stood out, and the large TV, along with access to Foxtel, made our downtime enjoyable. The pool area looks inviting, and the friendly staff were a delight. We also loved the fun moment when a cheeky magpie tried to steal a biscuit from the trolley! The location was perfect, with easy parking and close access to dining options.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The Ashwood Motel offered a clean and comfortable room, which was ideal for a business stay. The proximity to the R.S. L. club across the street was a major advantage, as it provided convenient dining options and the benefit of a free membership upon check-in. The staff was friendly, attentive, and informative, contributing positively to my overall experience during the stay. ,
The bed was a bit firm for my preference.

json{review: Clean and tidy rooms with cozy beds made for a pleasant stay. The free RSL club membership added value, especially for discounts on meals. While the lack of a small dish-cleaning sink near the BBQ area was a minor inconvenience, the overall experience was enjoyable, particularly for families. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-06-15}'''

The pool was a hit with my kids, and the club across the road offered great membership deals and free entertainment. We enjoyed our unexpected stay after a long drive. The room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet, perfect for a family getaway with my cousin.
For dads, it would be great if there was a kids' play area.
